We’re so excited to announce that Stéphane Tréand MOF, renowned international chocolatier, pastry chef, and owner of The Pastry School, will join this year’s Big Island Chocolate Festival in a variety of roles. Chef Tréande, named one of the “Ten best Pastry Chef’s in USA” will host one of the popular chocolate demonstrations and will also be a celebrity judge for the “Chef Competition” at the April 29th gala. The chocolate demos and the gala both take place on Saturday, April 29th at the Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel.
Although he’s still deciding what he’ll create, we have word that Chef Tréande will make an “artistic chocolate show piece” that will also be displayed on the evening gala.
Two other unique chefs will host chocolate demonstrations and we’ll make that announcement shortly.
